1.2 By using the website, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

2.1 On the website, you may:

(d) stream audio and video files; or
(e) use the website services by means of a web browser.

6.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date and your continued use of the website after nay changes constitute acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.

7. Severability

7.1 If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by a competent court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect.

7.2 If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision of these terms and conditions would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.

8. Third party rights

8.1 Where the website contains links to external websites operated by third parties, we have no control over and thus we do not assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party websites.

8.2 Any third party links on the website does not imply endorsement or association with the linked party.

9. Indemnification

9. 1 You agree to indemnify NaSIA, Its CEO, staff, agents, and Board of Directors from and against any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms.

10. Law and jurisdiction

10.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Namibian law.

10.2 Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Namibia.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

11.1 All content on the website, including graphics. Logos, icons, images, videos and software, is the property of NaSIA, its members or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws.
